How to change desktop icons size in Vista

To change desktop icons size in windows Vista first Open display properties then click on the apperance tab then click ADVANCED button at bottom of window click on the drop down list in the item field select icon from the list and change ICON size in the box to the right.
right now 16 is the lowest setting.
